The capital loss risk of the underlying trading
Cashback and copytrading only apply to real trading operations, most often leveraged through CFDs or similar instruments. That trading carries a high risk of rapid capital loss, independently of any RendR service.
A majority of retail accounts that trade CFDs lose money. The cashback we pay back does not change that: it lowers the cost of a trade, it does not lower the risk that the trade loses.
Only commit money whose total loss would not endanger your financial situation.
Copytrading removes no risk
Copying a strategy reproduces its orders on your own account, with your own funds. A strategy profitable for months can lose most of its value in a few sessions, and a strategy's past performance does not predict its future performance.
RendR guarantees neither the execution, nor the price, nor the timing of a copy. An outage, latency, a disconnection, or a broker refusal can prevent an order from being reproduced, or reproduce it at a different price than the source strategy's, which can worsen a loss or reduce a gain.
Following a strategy remains your own decision: RendR selects no strategy on your behalf and guarantees none.
Dependency on a third-party broker
RendR is neither a broker nor a custodian of your funds. Your money stays with the partner broker where you opened an account, held in an account in your own name and subject to that broker's own terms.
Payment of your cashback depends on a commercial agreement between RendR and that broker. If the broker delays, reduces, or stops paying the agreed commission, or if the agreement between RendR and the broker ends, the corresponding cashback may be delayed, revised, or no longer owed, without this affecting the funds held in your trading account.
The broker's financial soundness and solvency do not depend on RendR. Verify its authorization and regulatory status before opening an account there.
No guarantee of return
Nothing on this service constitutes a promise of gain, a personalized recommendation, or investment advice. The cashback simulators and estimates shown are indicative and non-contractual: they project a rate over a declared volume, not a trading outcome.
RendR neither has the ability nor the intention to guarantee any return, whether on cashback, on a copied strategy, or on any other operation you carry out with a partner broker through us.
Regulatory framework applicable to CFDs
CFDs (contracts for difference) and similar leveraged instruments are subject to restrictions imposed on retail clients by supervisory authorities, notably the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in France and the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) at the European Union level: leverage caps for non-professional clients, negative balance protection, automatic close-out of positions on excessive loss, and mandatory risk warnings.
These measures apply at the level of the broker that executes your orders, not at the level of RendR. The regime actually applicable to your account depends on the broker you chose, its country of authorization, and your client status (retail or professional).
RendR grants no exemption from these rules and can neither extend nor restrict them: they follow your trading account, not your RendR account.
